Sit around and wait for a while (probably best to get something else in for dinner for the next few weeks), and then reap (quite literally) the fruits of your labour. Growing gourmet mushrooms is surprisingly easy and really good fun, as once they’ve started pinning they increase in size incredibly quickly; you can watch them virtually double in size overnight.
